Yes. Hardwired lighting should be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes.
Can the voltage be customized?
Yes. Voltage can be customized to suit your country’s electrical standard. Contact us before ordering to confirm the required voltage.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is generally 4–6 weeks. Express delivery, when available, is generally 7–14 business days after dispatch.
What if the fixture arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the fixture, packaging, and shipping label so our team can assist.
How should I clean the fixture?
Switch off the power, allow the fixture to cool, and gently dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture.
