Returns & Refunds

Orders on axnine.net are sold and supported by AXNINE HOME LLC.

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 60 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the fixture should be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in its original packaging; the customer pays return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We cover the appropriate remedy and return shipping for a verified problem.

All approved returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse in Asia. Contact axnine32@gmail.com before sending a return. After your return request is approved, we will email you the detailed warehouse address and return instructions. Our registered U.S. office does not accept returns. Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, unless a shorter mandatory legal deadline applies. Your bank may need additional posting time.
