How long does delivery take?
Standard sea freight is estimated at 25–35 calendar days after dispatch. Express delivery, when available, is generally 7–14 business days after dispatch.
What if the fixture arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the fixture, packaging, and shipping label so our team can review the issue under our Shipping and Refund Policies.
How should I clean the fixture?
Switch off the power, allow the fixture to cool, and gently dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture.

There are more small crystal accents than I noticed in the photos, especially around the upper arms and candle cups. They add sparkle while the antique-gold tone keeps the overall look warm.
