How long does delivery take?
Standard sea freight is estimated at 25–35 calendar days after dispatch. Express delivery, when available, is generally 7–14 business days after dispatch.
What if the fixture arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos of the fixture, packaging, and shipping label so our team can review the issue under our Shipping and Refund Policies.
How should I clean the fixture?
Switch off the power, allow the fixture to cool, and gently dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture.

Eligible unused, uninstalled items may be returned within 60 days of confirmed delivery. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.
