Where Do Items Ship From?
Items ship from Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong.
Shipping Methods
We provide a variety of shipping methods, including but not limited to:
- Global Postal Transportation (EMS)
- Standard Commercial Express (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Third-party freight forwarding (commercial courier company partners)
In most cases, we use EMS air freight for global delivery. For oversized packages, we ship to Europe by rail and ocean freight to Oceania and North America. You can also pay an extra fee to upgrade to commercial express (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for faster delivery.
Lead Time
Most orders are received in 2–5 weeks from order to delivery. Add a few days for custom orders. At many times, if an order is expedited, it can be received in as little as 1–1.5 weeks.
Delivery Deadlines
Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as a parcel leaves our doors, it is in full discretion of the courier to deliver your order timely. We ask that you purchase well ahead of your deadline to avoid any unexpected delays. We can offer to expedite shipment with DHL or FedEx — please obtain a quote from us before ordering.
If the order did not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrectly provided address. We cannot guarantee the successful modification of an address after an order has been placed. If necessary, address changes via postal parcel or EMS may incur an address change fee, and if the new address is far from the original, an additional redelivery cost may also apply.
Address / Delivery Issues
In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient will be required to help coordinate with the courier. This may involve the recipient picking up the parcel at the courier's office. We do our best to liaise with the courier, but due to varying time zones and different languages, the problem is resolved much more quickly with the recipient's involvement.
Non-Deliveries / Returned Packages
If a delivery is returned due to issues with the address, or if the recipient is not present and the parcel is returned to us, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the parcel — this will be calculated and communicated before resending. If the customer would prefer a full refund instead, a refund can only be issued once the returned parcel is received, and the original postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
Signature Requirement
We do not require a signature for most shipments. We do offer the option to add an "indirect signature" requirement at checkout if you prefer someone to sign for the package or if you are shipping to an unsecure location. Once a signature requirement is added, it cannot be removed. If you are unable to be present for delivery, you can have the package held at a courier or EMS location for pickup.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Incoterms are "Carriage Paid To." Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are billed to the recipient. In most cases our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances — especially on larger orders — we may need to provide more information to customs and may need to cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork.
Please be aware that each destination country has different import tax thresholds on the value of goods that can be imported before import tax is chargeable.
