Shipping & Delivery

Where Do Items Ship From?

Items ship from Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong.

Shipping Methods

We choose the safest and most practical shipping route based on the size, weight, and destination of each order. Common methods include:

  • Standard ocean or freight forwarding for oversized fixtures and large cartons
  • Global postal transportation or EMS for selected parcels
  • Commercial express or air shipping through carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS when an expedited service is requested

For oversized packages to North America and Oceania, standard delivery is usually arranged by ocean freight or freight forwarding with local final-mile delivery. You can also pay an extra fee to upgrade to commercial express or air shipping for faster delivery when available.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Lead Time

Most orders are received in 2-5 weeks from order to delivery. Standard ocean or freight shipments may take longer during peak seasons, port congestion, customs inspection, or holidays. Expedited air or commercial express shipments can be faster when available; please contact us for timing and cost before ordering if you have a deadline.

Delivery Deadlines

Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as a parcel leaves our doors, delivery timing depends on the carrier, freight forwarder, customs clearance, and local final-mile service. We ask that you purchase well ahead of your deadline to avoid unexpected delays.

If the order does not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrectly provided address. We cannot guarantee the successful modification of an address after an order has been placed. If necessary, address changes via postal parcel, EMS, freight forwarder, or courier may incur an address change fee, and if the new address is far from the original, an additional redelivery cost may also apply.

Address / Delivery Issues

In cases where there are issues with the address or delivery, the recipient will be required to help coordinate with the courier or local delivery provider. This may involve the recipient picking up the parcel at the carrier's office. We do our best to liaise with the carrier, but due to varying time zones and different languages, the problem is often resolved more quickly with the recipient's involvement.

Non-Deliveries / Returned Packages

If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to cooperate with customs clearance, failure to pay required charges, or because the recipient is not present, there may be a shipment fee to redeliver the parcel. If the customer would prefer a refund instead, a refund can only be issued once the returned parcel is received, and original shipping, handling, customs, and return costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Signature Requirement

We do not require a signature for most shipments. If a carrier requires a signature or delivery appointment for freight delivery, please cooperate with the local carrier to complete delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do not collect duties or import taxes at checkout unless they are explicitly shown during checkout. For standard ocean or freight-forwarding shipments, especially oversized lighting shipped to the United States and Canada, customs clearance is arranged through our logistics partners when available. Routine tariff handling for these standard sea or freight shipments is normally included in the shipping arrangement, so customers should not normally receive a separate tariff bill at delivery for this shipping method.

If you choose expedited air shipping or commercial express service, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or similar carriers, import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, disbursement fees, or other customs-related charges may be assessed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated, and they are the recipient's responsibility.

Customs rules vary by country, order value, HS code, country of origin, and carrier. If customs requests additional paperwork or information, we will work with you and the carrier to help complete the clearance process.
