Where Do Items Ship From?
AXNINE LIGHT's design headquarters is located in the United States. Our production facility and warehouse are located in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, and orders are shipped from our Zhongshan warehouse.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (Sea Freight) is free on all orders to supported destinations, with no minimum order amount. Optional Expedited Shipping (Air Freight) is available at an additional charge.

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Lead Time
Standard sea freight: United States and Canada, 25–35 calendar days; all other supported destinations, 25–45 calendar days. Expedited air freight: 9–18 business days for all supported destinations. Transit estimates start after dispatch and exclude processing and production time. Calendar days include weekends and holidays; business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs processing, congestion and other delays may affect delivery.
Delivery Deadlines
Though we try our best to accommodate deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrivals by a certain date. As soon as a parcel leaves our doors, delivery timing depends on the carrier, freight forwarder, customs clearance, and local final-mile service. We ask that you purchase well ahead of your deadline to avoid unexpected delays.
If the order does not arrive by a certain date, we cannot refund an order while it is in transit. The order will need to be returned to us in order to process a refund.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrectly provided address. We cannot guarantee the successful modification of an address after an order has been placed. If necessary, address changes via postal parcel, EMS, freight forwarder, or courier may incur an address change fee, and if the new address is far from the original, an additional redelivery cost may also apply.
