Before you pay

Review the product dimensions, specifications, selected options, shipping method, final price, and available payment methods at checkout. The checkout total is the amount you pay. AXNINE HOME LLC covers applicable taxes and import duties for all orders. If you have a question about a fixture or delivery destination, email us before ordering.

After you order

We email an order confirmation and send tracking details when your order is dispatched. Standard Sea Freight is estimated at 25–35 calendar days after dispatch; Express Air is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch. Preparation and custom production are additional. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and warranty

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days after delivery. We offer a 2-year limited product warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Review the Returns & Refunds Policy and FAQ for conditions and how to request help.
