Returns & Refunds

Orders on axnine.net are sold and supported by AXNINE HOME LLC.

You may request an eligible return or exchange within 60 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the fixture should be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in its original packaging; the customer pays return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We cover the appropriate remedy and return shipping for a verified problem.

Contact axnine32@gmail.com before sending a return so we can provide the correct warehouse address. Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, unless a shorter mandatory legal deadline applies. Your bank may need additional posting time.
