We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate solution under our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Optional third-party shipping protection applies only if it is offered and selected at checkout. Its price and terms must be shown before payment. Purchasing optional protection is not required to contact us about a delivery problem or to use your rights under our policies or applicable law.
