AXNINE HOME LLC handles orders placed on axnine.net. When your order is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation and tracking details. To check the latest carrier scans, use our Track Order page or the carrier link in your shipping email.
Estimated delivery after dispatch

Preparation and any made-to-order production time are additional. Ocean shipments may not show frequent scans while at sea. If you have no tracking update after dispatch or the estimated period has passed, email us your order number and we will investigate.
Taxes and duties: AXNINE HOME LLC covers applicable taxes and import duties for all orders. If a carrier requests an unexpected customs payment, contact us before paying.

For tracking, delivery changes, missing parcels, or damage, email axnine32@gmail.com with your order number. Keep the packaging and take photos if the parcel arrives damaged. We will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate solution.
